If you want to know how I did my wallpaper ?
for Misa i did many things to make her skin looks like that
I used a gradiat tool +dodge tool 4 her breast (all chest part)
but for her hands i vector it by the ordinary technique and then i used
filter>>>blur>>>surface blur to make it looks like that ;p
used gaussian blur and gradiat tool 4 some part of her cloth ;p

for the background ...u can get help by some pics
like this one click xD
dublicat the pic and then use filter >>> artistic >>>cutout
then change the opacity as you like ...after that start to vector the bed
(but you can't always find a pics so you will need to draw some stuff ;p )
